Cancellation Policy
25% of the scheduled service must be paid if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior. 75% of the scheduled service must be paid if the guest no call no shows the scheduled appointment. If a guest is 15+ min late to the scheduled appointment the stylist may cancel or modify their appointment a late fee may also be added. Once the fee is paid the guest can gladly rebook.
